Dominate Your Competition

What We Provide to Clients

Superiority: The first thing we do is ensure your product or service will be perceived as being superior to your competition’s. We will ask you several questions to determine whether you need to improve the quality of what you office as well as your customer service. If there is any uncertainty as to whether your business has what it takes to be perceived as being superior, or you are not sure what innovations would allow us to create a perception of superiority for you {based on what your target market(s) are in agreement with}, we will survey your target market(s).

Strategy Development: We will engage you in a series of questions to determine: 1) What conditions must exist for your target market(s) to decide to purchase your product or service, 2) what is important to your target market(s), including their frustrations, difficulties, fears, problems, etc. (hot buttons), 3) what your target market(s) need to know in order to make a sound buying decision (including what to look for and look out for), 4) the content of the case for your product or service and, 5) what low-risk and no-risk offers are needed to get people to take. action. If you have any uncertainty concerning what the hot buttons are for your target market(s), we will conduct a survey.

Tactical Planning: The tactical plan is comprised of specific targets with time-lines for completion, as well as assignments of responsibilities. The plan includes 1) identification of target markets, 2) promotion and advertising to be included in your campaign, 3) media selection, 4) frequency of promotion and advertising, 4) priority identification, 5) perimeters for statistical management and analysis of marketing efforts and, 6) budget.

Development of promotion: The first promotion we like to develop is the master letter. The process for developing this is based on the five steps listed under “strategy development.” We usually create about three headlines we can use. The copy, which is developed in-depth, is the source from which content is drawn for advertising, brochures, direct mailers, newsletters, Web sites, detailed reports, sales letters, CDs, videos (DVDs), sales scripts and sales follow-up letters. Once the master letter has been completed, we then create all of the promotional pieces based on tactical priorities. We also work with sales people to ensure they are properly prepared. This can include sales training, if needed.

Implementation: We oversee placement of promotion, develop news releases and newsletters on an on-going basis, manage sales persons, manage trade show participation and continue to create other promotions as needed.

Evaluation: Analysis of marketing efforts is usually done on a quarterly basis. We like to keep statistics on promotional contacts made, mailings sent and advertising running, and responses received from each specific activity. We analyze these and determine what direction our client should take to maintain or speed expansion.
